Security and Damage Deposits
We require a 50% non-refundable security deposit to secure/reserve your room. We have had students cancel on us in the past, and this is to help deter last minute cancellations. Once you arrive, you can pay the other 50%.
We require a $200 damage deposit that is due upon your arrival. This will be returned to you upon your departure, minus any damage you may cause to the room. For example, if you cause a hole in the wall, we might deduct $50 from your security deposit, leaving you with $150 when you depart. If you cause no damage, you will receive all your damage deposit back 🙂
