This room is named the Balcony Room because the window overlooks the balcony; it does not have direct access to the balcony. The occupant of the Balcony Room shares a nice clean private bathroom with the occupant of the Corner Room.

This room is located on the upper floor and is next to the Corner Room. It is approximately 130-140 square feet.

Your room contains everything you need including a bed, desk with chair and lamp, large closet, night table with alarm clock/radio, and dresser.
